Home made tagliatelle with
mushrooms
Ingredients: oil, garlic,
butter, pore mushrooms, parsley,
small tomatoes (pachino),
tagliatelle.
Preparation: Fry slightly oil
with butter and garlic and add
mushrooms with pachino tomatoes cut
in pieces. Cook for ten minutes.
Cook and strain tagliatelle and mix
the sauce.
Add cheese and parsley free will.
Fusilli with meat sauce and
cacioricotta cheese
Ingredients: oil, celery,
carrot, onion, beef meat or pork
meat, sausage, peeled tomatoes,
fusilli and cacioricotta cheese.
Preparation: fry slyghtly
celery, carrot, onion (all minced)
and add the meat cut in pieces and
salt it.
Brown the meat and add red wine. Add
tomatoes, salt and add basil free
will.
Cook the fusilli and mix in the
sauce with grated cacioricotta
cheese. Serve the dish with
cacioricotta cheese. |
